We offer our sincere apology for any late deliveries and inconvenience this may cause. Due to new procedures and safety policies as a result of Covid 19, we are experiencing occasional processing and shipping delays for some of our order shipments and/or deliveries.
All of our shipping partners have also implemented new and rigorous safety procedures.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work hard to ensure your safety while trying to delivery your order as soon as possible.
Most orders placed by 10am PST, Monday–Friday, will leave the warehouse within 24-72 hours. Orders placed after 10am PST, Monday–Friday, will be processed the following business day (excluding holidays).
Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the next business day (excluding holidays).
We are not responsible for items that are lost in transit.
If your order includes an item that is particularly large, or if you have ordered in large quantities, our shipping calculator may not accurately calculate your total shipping costs. In most cases, this will not be a problem, but in the case of a large discrepancy, you will be notified of the difference in cost and your order may be held pending your reply.
Please note that some of our items ship from other countries.
If a shipping time frame is NOT shown in your cart, that means that your order includes items that will ship from the United States with a shipping time of between 4 - 11 days after processing and items that are shipping from other countries, which will take between 15 - 45 days to be delivered after processing.
Expected Delivery Dates
For most shipping methods we provide an ESTIMATED delivery time. This time frame is our BEST estimate of when your order will be delivered based on what we know at that time. That time frame however is NOT A GUARANTEE.
If your order does not arrive when you need it and you no longer want the merchandise, you can return the merchandise for a refund following our refund policy.
Free Shipping Offer
We offer FREE Economy shipping on orders $75.00 or more within the contiguous U.S., APO, and FPO with code FREESHIP75! Additional charges apply for Standard, Priority and Express Shipping. Gift cards not included. Only one offer allowed per order. Also, orders for items that are over-sized may require an additional shipping charge after the order has been placed for it to be processed. This is mostly common with the larger sized props.
If you live outside the United States, you may purchase from our website. The shipping choices available to you will be shown in your cart when you enter your delivery address information. International orders are not eligible for free shipping.
Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a refund less the shipping charges.
Additionally, if the package was refused for delivery, we will also assess a 15% re-stocking fee.
We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you want to purchase items that were returned as undeliverable, you may place a new order.
If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not received confirmation of its return or refund after four weeks from the expected delivery date, please contact us via our CONTACT US page.
Failed Delivery Attempts
Most of the carriers we use will make three attempts to deliver a package. It is generally up to the driver's discretion to determine whether a signature is required. If the driver feels it is best to obtain a signature and no one is present to accept the delivery after three attempts, the package will be returned to us. We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you want to purchase items that were returned as undeliverable, you may place a new order.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Incorrectly entered addresses may unnecessarily delay your order. Please enter your ship to address information in the appropriate boxes and double-check for typos and other errors. Here are some shipping address tips:
P.O. Box Addresses
If a post office box address was entered in a format our system does not recognize, the package may be shipped through a carrier that cannot deliver to a post office box. To ensure that your order is routed through the proper carrier, please enter the box number as "PO BOX" followed by the number. If you're a private mailbox holder (use a local commercial mail receiving agency such as The UPS Store or similar services), do not use the word "Box" for your mailbox number. Instead, use the pound sign (#) or the abbreviation of "PMB" (Private Mail Box). This will ensure that your address is not mistaken to be a P.O. Box, and that orders can ship to you via means other than the U.S. Postal Service.
APO or FPO Addresses
When entering an APO or FPO address, follow these steps:
City field: Enter "APO" or "FPO."
State field: Enter the two-letter code for the region where the recipient is stationed. Typically, but not always, the code is "AE" for recipients stationed in Europe, Canada, Africa, or the Middle East; "AA" for recipients stationed in the Americas; and "AP" for recipients stationed in Asia or the Pacific.
Country field: Always select "United States" from the drop-down menu regardless of where the recipient is stationed.
All shipments to APO/FPO addresses are sent either via UPS Sure Post (a partnership between UPS and USPS) or USPS Priority Mail. The shipping checkout page specifies which method. We estimate 5 to 10 business days for delivery once the order has been shipped; however, some destinations may take up to 21 days. Sorry, we have no control over these shipping time frames.
Guam and U.S. Protectorates
When entering an address for Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands (U.S.), Guam, American Samoa, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, or Federated States of Micronesia please follow these steps:
Country field: Select the correct place name from the drop-down menu. If the correct place is not listed, choose "United States."
Zip Code field: Always double check for the correct zip code.
Commercial Mail Receiving Agency (CMRA) Addresses
If you are shipping to a private mailbox holder (using a local commercial mail receiving agency), it is important you DO NOT use the word "Box" for your mailbox number. Instead, use # or PMB. This will ensure that your address is not mistaken to be a P.O. Box.
Items Out Of Stock
Orders are subject to stock availability. While we try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all of the items in your order at time of purchase. If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of the order.
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link via email, from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
